IT Technical Support position will provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms and troubleshoot issues and advise on the appropriate actions.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work volume, work independently and as a collaborative team member, and relate well with professional staff.
Responsibilities include: Providing high-quality support to Mackenzie staff, both in the office and remote. The support position is responsible for addressing help desk calls/tickets and assisting users with Windows, Citrix, VPN, video conferencing, printers, basic networking issues, desktop/laptop hardware, MS office, and Adobe products. The support position also includes asset management responsibilities (computers, monitors, other hardware, software licenses) and assisting with onboarding new hires with provisioning of computers, new accounts.
