Bonney Lake Justice Center

Project
Mackenzie provided comprehensive A/E services for this LEED Gold-certified project for the City of Bonney Lake. This was the first project to be completed under the City’s newly developed Downtown Comprehensive Master Plan, and was designed to set the tone for future development in the downtown core. The program consists not only of the Justice Center, but also leasable office and retail space. B Street Trail

Project
This 3/4-mile trail is a critical link in Forest Grove’s citywide trail system, providing a connection between downtown and the regional multi-use trail that skirts the city, which will eventually join the Portland metro area to Haag Lake and beyond. Mackenzie’s landscape architecture group served as the prime consultant in the planning, design, documentation, and construction observation of the project, with in-house civil and structural engineering and planning assisting in the effort. Keizer Civic Center

Project
Mackenzie provided comprehensive A/E services for the LEED Silver-certified Keizer City Hall, Police Facility, and Community Center and accompanying 2-acre park (designed concurrently). The combined facility strengthens serviceability and interaction between elected officials, city staff, police, and citizens. The 70,000 SF building is anchored by a 20,000 SF public community center and council chambers flanked by city hall and police station wings.
