Triangle Pointe

Project
Built in the late-’60s, Triangle Pointe had never been updated. Great bones were obscured behind dropped popcorn ceilings, beige quarry tile, and a forest of yellow oak. Originally occupied by a single tenant, the building had an entrance and cramped lobby with no sense of arrival. The new purchaser desired to reposition the property to be a viable, productive, multi-tenant office building. HCSA Laundry Facility

Project
This project relocated a large commercial laundry service for hospitals in the Seattle/Puget Sound metro area. Mackenzie’s scope began with completion of a due diligence study, concept plan, and site test fits for five sites in Renton, Kent, and Auburn, Washington. From this, we prepared a development feasibility report, including estimated costs. Project
Clackamas County needed to consolidate government functions to more efficiently and effectively provide a full range of services to its citizens. Together, the Mackenzie/ Hoffman Construction design-build team was chosen to provide design services for a new administrative facility, along with associated improvements on the 6.5-acre site. Fifteen separate County departments were brought together into the single 109,000 SF facility. Wings & Waves Waterpark

Project
This innovative, one-of-a-kind indoor water park is the latest addition to the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum complex, a regional recreational and educational destination. The 70,000 SF water park features pools, waterslides, a wave pool, and interactive exhibits to teach visitors about relevant science concepts, such as velocity and buoyancy.
