Terry is recognized as a retail expert including grocery, food service, general merchandising, and home improvement and has experience in all phases of development for both new and remodeled facilities. Terry has been instrumental in developing prototype development and multi-state rollout strategies for retail clients, including Fred Meyer (Kroger), Safeway and Nike. Terry’s experience ranges from complex on- and off-site development and entitlements to building shell design, tenant improvements, fixtures, graphics, signage, and interior décor. Terry is licensed as a professional architect in 10 states including Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington. Terry is a member of NCARB which facilitates expeditious professional architecture licensing in other states.
