Lee Leighton

Lee Leighton began his 25-year Oregon land use planning career in the City of Tualatin’s Planning and Economic Departments, before transitioning to a private-sector consulting career in 1996. Since that time, he has obtained approval for Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Zone Changes, Conditional Use Permits, Development/Design Reviews, Variances and other land use approvals for development projects in numerous cities and counties. Originally from Los Angeles, Lee attended Whittier College for his bachelor’s degree. He holds two master’s degrees: a Master of Community and Regional Planning and a Master of Science in Management in Science and Technology. Outside of the office, Lee can be found enjoying the sunshine in his garden, on his bike or with a tennis racket in hand.

"Great design is solving the problem at hand in an elegant and delightful way."
