Our designers and architects ensured the client maintained operations throughout the entirety of this 115,000 SF tenant improvement. Work for this project spanning 10 floors in a major downtown building was completed on time and on budget. To do this, our team coordinated the design, permit, and construction, scheduled across six phases. Attentive project management and a staggered permit process were the key to accomplishing the aggressive project schedule. Enhanced building performance allows the staff to excel at their work. The efficient space plan enabled reorganziation of functions, bringing more light into the space and allowing for improved employee circulation. Color and finishes inspired by the Pacific Northwest highlight the urban environment of this unique company.
