IT Technical Support position will provide user support and customer service on company-supported computer applications and platforms, as well as troubleshoot issues and advise on the appropriate actions. Successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem solving skills, work well under pressure, and relate well with professional staff. Responsibilities include: software and hardware diagnostics, new computer setup, creating software deployment packages and custom install routines, standardizing application installs, and facilitating video and web conferencing. Experience with Windows 7/XP and Microsoft office is required; experience with Active Directory, Adobe Creative Suite, Shoretel Phones, VBScript, VBA, PowerShell a plus.
